Forest and Wood Products Australia

Marketing & Communications

Forest and Wood Products Australia engaged Mel to develop a forestry teaching and learning website, resources and marketing campaign to promote the resources. Essential to this project was the ability to negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders such as state education departments, state forestry departments, curriculum advisors and teachers. With a short timeline of six months, a fully functioning website, national resources register and sustainable forestry videos were delivered. Mel also managed other projects for this client including GrowingCareers.

Foxtel

Strategy

Eighty20 Communications undertook to develop the sustainability strategy for Foxtel including in-depth research, stakeholder engagement workshops, vision development, goal setting and measurement framework.

Great Lakes Council

Strategy, Marketing & Communications

The Great Lakes Council on the NSW Central Coast initiated a sustainable business network that had been operating for a number of years.

Mel was engaged to re-invigorate the group. This involved delivering sustainability and marketing workshops, case studies and a marketing tool kit to assist in the marketing of the program.

Numerous stakeholders were involved in the new brand and collateral development. This is now a highly visible and successful campaign that differentiates those sustainable businesses in the region.

Eighty20 Communications was tasked to undertake a marketing function audit including assessment of team, agencies and marketing strategy, realigning the program to ensure leadership position in the C2C market was retained.

Eighty20 Communications was engaged to develop the Corporate Social Responsibility framework and program for Inghams. Since the frameworks has been developed Eighty20 Communication continues to work with Inghams to deliver the communications and engagement strategy for the program.

Mars Australia Award Winning Programs

Eighty20 Communicationsmanages the Sustainable in a Generation (SIG) staff engagement program with 96% of staff currently aware of the program. The program has won multiple awards including a Green Globe Award and through the Mars Global Awards program.

Eighty20 Communications also manages the staff engagement program for Safety across Mars Petcare and Mars Sales which includes managing a rewards and recognition online app, that encourages staff to engage in various topics including safety, environment and health via their mobile phone. This program has been recognised by Safe Work Australia when it won the Safety Month Workplace Participation Reward in 2015.
